NOTE: If you have changed ISP's or if for some other reason the domain you used to place the ad is not the same as the one you are presently using, you must do one of the following:
  1. If you provided an e-mail address in the ad and that address is still valid, simply fill out the above form and submit it.
  2. If you did not provide an e-mail address in the ad, or that address is no longer valid, it will be necessary to e-mail me the original domain used to place the ad.

This is to prevent unauthorized persons from deleting someones ad.
